02 How do you maximize my revenue?

Dynamic pricing adjusted by demand, season and local events. Distribution across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO). Professional photos and listing optimization. Add-on guest services that generate extra income.

03 How do you handle compliance (SIRE, TRA, RNT)?

We automate everything. The guest uploads a passport photo during digital check-in. Our system uses OCR with MRZ validation to extract the data and submit it automatically to SIRE and TRA. We also manage your RNT registration. In 12 months, zero fines.

04 What reporting do I get as an owner?

Detailed monthly reports with: per-night occupancy, gross and net revenue, itemized expenses (cleaning, maintenance, supplies), guest reviews, and inspection photos. Total transparency — no surprises.

05 How much does it cost?
